Question
Am worried ,  the bark at the bottom of my tree started peeling last fall late . any ideas or is that normal? the tree is beautiful every year it is probably now about 7-8 years old.

If you are talking about the bark near the ground cracking--this is normal as the tree grows. The bark will go from a smoother bark to a more rougher bark. As long as the bark is not peeling back to the wood and the foliage is healthy this is normal.
