i'am just starting to grow these busches and want to know if i can plant them now or wait till spring.

Hi Robert

You can certainly plant them now - just make sure that you water them regularly if the weather is dry.  Next spring cut them back by about half and every spring after that you can cut them almost down to the ground - they are vigorous plants and will put on a huge amount of growth in one season.  Enjoy!
