Answer
Hi Malik-

I am curious - but are you a college student and is this a school project or are you connected with a corporation that is trying to develop new kinds of roses?  And if you grow the plants in your own prepared media - what kind of media is it?  I have never heard of test tube grown roses before or rose propagation through test tubes.  I know of rose grafting, propagation through cuttings, and cross pollination only.

Also - why does it have to be a company in Holland? Holland is traditionally a country known for tulip bulbs.  I only know of rose companies that sell bareroot roses or roses in pots, but I do not know of rose companies that sell plants in test tubes, and I am pretty sure that there are no companies that sell roses grown in test tubes.  My favorite rose growers are: Jackson and Perkins, Chamblee roses and the Antique Rose Emporium.

Why don't you collect some cuttings of roses grown locally to you, and see if you can get them to grow in test tubes?

What types of roses are you trying to develop in test tubes?  This is very interesting.  There are already every type of rose in existence except the following: blue roses (true blue) and roses that grow in complete shade or indoors.  If you could develop those types of roses you would become rich indeed.

I don't know if I helped you or not - but good luck in your endeavors.

Thanks-
