Question
Do you have any personal favorite catalogs for roses that would be good to order from?  We just moved into a house 2 months ago in White Plains, N.Y.   I am getting around to ordering now and after I do the bulbs this weekend I want to put in some roses, maybe a half dozen, so they'll be ready next spring.  Who would be the best catalog to order from?  Thanks.

You might just be able to order for your area now but it is getting a little late. I visit all the major rose forums and from what the people say on them these are the following that they say are really good. Ashdown Roses in South Carolina, David Austin in Texas, Palatine Roses in Ontario (my personal favorite) Pickering Roses in Ontario and The uncommon Rose in Oregon. All of these nurseries have web sites and can be ordered on line. Hope this helps.
