I've recently found small white worms on my rose bush. It looks healthy at this point, should I be worried? What should I do?

Worms of any kind feed on the leaves of plants so it would be wise to get rid of them. The mother insect has laid eggs at the base of the rose and now they are hatching out and starting to feed. Any rose insecticide will get rid of the worms. It can be a chemical one or an organic type, both will solve the problem. Hope this helps.
