Spider Plant Seeds

Question
Is it common for spider plants to 'seed'?  Mine currently are  producing seed pods.  Am considering planting to see what happens, as one is verigated (sp) and one not.

Answer
Hi Janice,

It is somewhat unusual for spider houseplants to produce seeds, but it is not rare.

New plants from seeds will probably be all green, even those from variegated plants.

Good luck and please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
