I have a chesse plant, and its taking over my house I would like to know the best way of taking cuttings, I have tried before but the cuttings just yellowed and died, can you please help me to control this monster

The best way for taking cuttings is air layering so the cuttings actually have roots before you totally remove them. See the following websites for comlete instructions:
