Hibiscus not flowering

Question
We have a Hibiscus plant which flowered beautifully last year. During winter, we brought it indoor (we live in West Virginia). After we took it out during spring, it is growing great (watering is good - lots of rain) - but no flower. Last year there were abundant flowers blooming. Does it need special nutrients (we applied normal fertilizer).

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Answer
Abhijit,

It needs to have fertilizer for blooming plants, that will help it bloom faster and have more blooms. It also needs a 1/2 cup of epsom salts sprinkles on top of the soil before you water it next time. Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate which will increase the root strength and size and help it bloom more. It also needs to be sitting where it getts full sun all day long. The more sun it gets the more blooms it will grow. Good luck .
