I've heard billberry extract can be taken to help one's vision.  What dosage is
necessary to improve foggy vision?

Bilberry is excellent to improve eye health.  I cant say it will definitely cure your particular pblem.  Follow the directions on the bottle for a few weeks and see if you notice any improvement.

There are other natural supplements to help your eyes to be as healthy as possible.  Let me know if you want to discuss it further.
