Answer
Hi Alex,

This plant is Nepenthes x "deRooses alata".  Its parentage is Nepenthes (alata x ventricosa)x alata.  It's a common, very easy to grow hybrid.  It is often labled as N. alata or N. x ventrata.

All you need to do is place the plant in a sunny window, keep the soil moist.  It is a vigorous grower.  It won't produce pitchers in the winter, but will produce many in the spring and summer.  It's considered an intermediate in temperature requirements; household temperatures are fine.  For more information visit:  http://www.cobraplant.com/caresheets
