Hi Igor,

This looks like a Nepenthes ampullaria hybrid of some kind.  Other similar species would include N. sibuyanensis, but they tend to have longer leaf petioles that want to dive downward.  Since I.D. of Nepenthes hybrids can be difficult at best I'm going to connect you to a resource:  http://lhnn.proboards.com/index.cgi?  Here you'll find some of the best Nepenthes experts.
