mimosa disease

Question
my mimosa trees are dying. The foliage in various areas have small  webs and tiny black bugs or eggs inside.the web is not like catapillars.all the folage seems to be eaten.

Answer
Hi Lee, Pests
Problems include cottony cushion scale, mites,
Mimosa webworm.
Diseases
Mimosa (Fusarium) wilt is quite a problem and is
fatal. It can spread to adjacent Mimosa trees by root
grafts.

I think you have webworms, and they will eat the foliage.  The most serious problem with Mimosa is the wilt problem, but you did not describe that.  You can use an insecticidal spray on the trees which you can get anywhere.  If you want to go organic I would suggest Pure Neem Oil or Atomic Grow.  Any of the above should correct the situation..kathy
