Hi there,

Is there a safe way to help control the aphids that are showing up on my Hibiscus plants? I have two small children and I am trying to avoid putting chemical on the plants since my girls like to pick the flowers. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks for your time! :-)

Insecticidal soap is the safest way to control aphids and is very effective, see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/insecticidal_soap.html for some background. Be sure to use genuine insecticidal soap not household liquid soap.
