Bravo on your commitment to organic gardening.  The CCOF is one of the oldest organic trade organizations and certifiers in the country.  They post a list of consultants on thier website:

Closer to home, there's the ON&IC -- Organic National and International Certifiers.

Make sure your plot is in a full sun exposure and that you will be able to water it easily when needed.  If possible, avoid tilling.  Good luck with your garden,
