I live in central Florida and want a beautiful green lawn year round.The area is only 8'x20' and I have the time to nurse it. I do not want St Augustine.

I may be biased, but I am a huge advocate of turf grasses. They are low maintenance, requiring less water and time. They will also thrive year round if you live in central Florida. If you want to go with this kind of grass, make sure you can invest a little time to plant in the beginning, and that your yard will receive sunlight throughout the day. No grass will thrive in the shade!
