Dirt mound for upper pond

Question
Sean I am going to add an upper pond with a small spillway and waterfall, the upper pond is going to need a large amount of dirt however I can not find a online calculator that will help me figure out how much fill I will need I  want this mound to be 12'L x 6'W x 3' H how much fill will be required

Answer
12x6= 72 sf.
72 x 3' =216 cubic feet.
Now divide by 27 cu feet(1 yard)
The answer is you need 8 cu yards.
Or a half tandem(a tandem is a full size dumb truck) load of soil
Good luck.
