Dwarf Japanese Maples

I live outside of Atlanta, GA. I want to plant a dwarf JM in my front flower bed. It only gets the afternoon sun. I kind of had my heart set on the tree with the very lacy leaves. What type of dwarf JM do you suggest?

Hi Denise,

There are so many varieties of Japanese Maples and they are all so beautiful that is difficult to select one...

See if you can find something called "beni shidare" or "ao shidare"
They are lace leafed in tones of red "beni" or green "ao"
