Question
Turned system on this spring. Did a manual cycle thru all the zones 1,2,4,5. Zone 4 kept going even when I went back to zone 1. Kept running even when I turned form automatic to off. Only stopped when I turned off the water valve
Where is my problem?

Sounds like your irrigation valve is either sticking or is not adjusted.  Try adjusting it by opening it all the way, then close it all the way counting the turns.  Then open it back 1/2 way.  If this doesnt work, you may have to open up the valve and clean it out, and inspect the diaphragm for tears.  Do this carefully and keep all parts clean.
