Question
I HAVE THE TORRO ECX FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS NOW. THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I TURN THE KNOB TO THE OFF POSITION AND IT FLASHES "OFF" MY SPRINKLERS STILL GO ON.IVE UNPLUGED IT  A FEW TIMES TO RESET IT BUT IT STILL RUNS IN THE OFF POSITION.  THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP.

Hey Wade, I don't really know the exact cause of this. Sometimes as the controllers get old, the contacts in the back corrode out, and short out the off function. I would suggest just replacing the unit. Sorry, this probably doesn't help you out much, but have a great day.
