I have 9 zones. I only use 7 zones. When I set zones 1-7 to run, zone 5 does not run. Time goes on but no water. Can you help?

Hey Gary, the problem is probably in the valve #5 out in the field, and not with the controller. Normally when a valve does not work, it is either a bad solenoid that needs to be replaced, or a bad diaphram that needs to be replaced. You need to locate your valves, and determine what one is valve #5, and from there you can determine if it is a solenoid or diaphram issue.
