I have a garden area that a portion of it is shaded approximatly four hours per day.  Need to know what vegtable will grow in the shade.

If you get the afternoon sun you should be able to grow some vegetables. Egg plants, beans and peppers should grow. Now it is late in the season for starting a garden. Plan carefully and get it started in the fall when it is cooler.
