tomatoe blight

Question
Last summer we grew tomatoes in pots.We had 5 big pots we used miracle grow garden soil with peat moss.We drilled drainage holes
in bottoms of pots and put stone on bottom. We got lots opf tomatoes but we also had blight. The containers have the same soil.
Is there anything we can put in to stop the blight? Thanks for any help.

Answer
Edward:
Do not reuse the soil from last year. Sterilize the pots with a 5% bleach solution before reusing.
Try to water in the morning and to avoid getting the leaves wet. If blight is in your area, it is hard to avoid, but not impossible. Don't over-fertilize the plants.
