potassiun 139
calcium 3123
magnesium 309

I live in Northern Ohio and the soil contains a lot of clay.   I hope you can outline a fertilizer program for me,  Thanks a lot

Answer
I am not sure what your crop is, but I assume grass ?
Also, you did not state the phosphorous amount, but I guess that it is low (similar to your other figures)

Your soil pH for lawn growing is ideal / on slightly high side. Do not lime. In fact your calcium / magnesium ratio is high and you should avoid adding any more lime (calcium) to your soil.

Your soil test show low levels of soil nutrients and your soil could benefit from a balanced fertilizer (10-10-10) applied 10 lbs per 1000 sq feet once in spring. Then switch to a lawn fertilizer type in fall (such as 29-3-4, 33-3-3, etc) applied 3 lbs per 1000 sq feet per application.

If you can, apply magnesium sulfate ("Epsom Salt" available in supermarkets or drugstores) to the lawn also. A very light sprinkling (1-2 lbs per 1000 sq feet) is all that is needed. Do this once.

Water in well.

After the first fertilization, just use a regular 29-3-4 lawn fertilizer hereafter. Fertilizer in spring and fall. avoid fertilizing during hot summer months.
