Origami Seed Kit: The Gentle Art of Sprouting Salad

Swedish design studio Tomorrow Machine and Berlin-based farming incubator Infarm have teamed up to create a miniature greenhouse that folds like origami:

Above: The Microgreen Indoor Garden Kit is $26 from Dwell.

Above: The kit comes with a folding waterproof greenhouse, three kinds of organic seeds, and agar powder (which can be mixed with water to create a growth medium).

Above: The self-sustaining kit requires no watering; seeds will sprout into edible microgreens in a few days.
