AARS 1991. (Plant Pat #8007) Hybrid Tea. Flashy yellow blooms are painted with a broad bright red edge creating a splendiferous display in the garden. Aptly named, every moment in each flamboyantly colored flower's life is perfect. The plant is bushy and very floriferous. One of the most spectacular roses and a must for every garden. The flowers have up to 30 petals with a light, fruity fragrance. Good disease resistance.
