Deer and rabbits often ignore strongly scented herbs such as basil, rosemary, and oregano. But, like people, each rabbit has its own sense of taste.

If you want to grow these plants, and you're very concerned for them, you might try growing them in tall pots -- or pots up on a tabletop or a bench -- so the rabbits can't get at them.
