Dear Sir,

I have two flowers bed attached to my house; the beds are covered with Fabric and mulch on top.

Are the  flower beds dangerous to the foundation of my house (maybe because it is a wet area attached to the house).

Does removing the fabric can help?

Hi David, The flower beds will not damage your foundation. The only potential problem would be termites in the mulch which could spread to your house.  If you have a termite contract on your house and you occasionally inspect the mulch and treat it if needed, you have nothing to worry about.  Jim
