I bought a houseplant, but there was no tag in it and I have no idea what it is or how to best care for it. Please have a look at the attached photo, and tell me if you might know what type it is? Any help is appreciated - thank you!

I believe it is a young Cordyline, either terminalis, fruiticosa or compacta. The following sites give complete care info:
