Add outdoor garden spigot?

Question
I want to add an outdoor spigot to my shed/garden area, approx. 100' away from my house.  My plan is to tap into my 3/4" cold water line, run a Pex line underground from the corner of my house to the back of my shed and add a spigot there.

Will this require a backpressure valve like a sprinkler system requires?  Any other requirements?

Thanks.

Answer
Hey Paul, every county and state has different codes. Normally you don't need a vacuum breaker. Where we live, you need to put on a check valve on the front of the spigot where the hose screws on. This is very simple, it just screws onto the front of your spigot, and the hose will screw into the other side of the check valve. Good luck and have a great day.
