Question

Tangerine When is a good time to prune my tangerine tree? I want to prune it to half the size,(the tree is about double the size of the photo, maybe 30 wide by 25 tall) how do I do this? I live in Jacksonville Fl.

Pruning is best done during the semi dormant period which should be now in Florida. Pruning is meant to stimulate growth and production. Cut back limbs that don't seem to healthy. Try to prune at the top so that the tree will grow wider.
