dwarf patio peach

Question
I have 2 dwarf patio peach trees which are full of fruit, are the fruit good to eat

Answer
The small Patio, and Dwarf peach trees are graphed onto a standard tree. The dwarf trees are taken from good eating peaches such as Elberta, Cling, and others. These dwarf trees are still to large to grow well in a container.
The Patio Peach was bred to grow in a container. It is mostly ornamental. The peaches take a long time to ripen, and do not have the great "peach" flavor. I recommend cooking them in a pie or cobbler with a sweet fruit like strawberries or cherries. The cooking will soften and sweeten the peaches.
To keep the ornamental appearance, prune in the spring into a "lollypop" shape.
