Planting Tomatoes

One of the most common gardening activities is planting tomatoes. Tomatoes are delicious and can be used in such a wide array of recipes, and they are also quite simple to plant. First you are going to need to purchase your tomato plants, which will also be partially grown. Remember that if you are growing your plants from seed you will need to start planting your tomato plants at least six to eight weeks before the last frost is expected.

Now to start you are going to need to adjust the tomato plants, and you do this by placing them outside during the day once the weather warms up and the temperature has stabilized. Choose a proper planting location, and an ideal spot for tomato plants would be somewhere where they are going to get lots of sun. Prepare the soil, dig holes for the plants, and once they have been planted all you really need to worry about is watering them on a regular basis.

Planting Flower Bulbs

Another of the most common gardening activities involves planting flower bulbs. This too is a very simple process, and in fact the most difficult part of this whole thing will probably be you deciding on which flowers you want to plant first.

Planting flower bulbs is fast, easy, and nearly foolproof. Even if you have no gardening experience you should be able to complete this with few to no problems. The first step is for you to prepare the planting bed. Then you use fertilizer, and plant the bulbs into holes.
