My personal recommendation for these plumbers has come from some terrible plumber experiences in Sydney and just when I had given up hope on ever finding a quality plumber Sydney’s Rose Bay Plumbing came along – just in the nick of time.

As a stay at home mum of three I am used to managing disasters and have lost the urge to panic when things don’t go right. But on this particular day my usual controlled self was nowhere to be found. It started like any other day – noise, food, spills, cleaning, washing – I was taking a quiet moment whilst the kids watched TV and when I came back into the room and discovered them gone (not unusual) so I went to find them. What I discovered was three little people huddled around the guest toilet systematically throwing toys into the toilet and flushing. They had managed to get quite a bit down the toilet because once I discovered them they were about to put the kitten into the toilet but the water was rising. I didn’t know what to do first – save the kitten, move the children from the rising toilet water or do something to stop the toilet flooding the house!

My screeching scared the children and the kitten away so I was left to deal with the toilet. I grabbed the number and started to dial the plumber’s number frantically. The service and help I received was great. They organised an emergency plumber to come see me and talked me through what I needed to do in the interim to avoid major damage.

When the Sydney plumbers from Rose Bay Plumbing arrived they were courteous, professional, got the job done and made me feel better about my parenting skills by telling me other “things down the toilet” stories. The kids were highly amused watching the plumber’s work, whilst the kitten and I were highly relieved when they suggested child proofing the toilet.
