Signs That Suggest Your Tree Need Trimming or Removal

Trees make our gardens look beautiful and green. It is important that you should know when to trim or remove the tree that adds beauty to your garden. If it is uprooted due to a storm, then it might harm your children, your home or even you. To protect yourself from all these mishaps, you need to examine the tree on a regular basis. You should have the knowledge to understand when to remove or uproot a tree. There are some signs that will help you to recognize the time when you have to remove a tree. The time you get to see the signs, you know that you have to call a tree company.

Find out if the bark of the tree possesses some cracks. If the bark of the tree has started to crack, then you should understand that the tree is about to die or it is sick. It is advised that you contact a tree company, when you locate more than two cracks at the same spot or the cracks are very deep. If the proper care of cracks is not taken, these may harm the tree or may become storage or breeding ground for tree harming entities.

Make sure that the joints where the branches are attached to the trunk of the tree are strong and sturdy. If you see that the joints are strong enough then you know that it is time for you to cut the tree otherwise the branches will fall and hurt somebody.
Look for tree cankers. These are spots on the bark of the tree. They usually represent a wound or a disease. If a tree does not look strong by the shape it possesses, you can consider cutting it down.

If the tree starts decomposing, you need to remove the tree. How will you know that it is decomposing? If you see mushrooms growing on its bark or near its base, then it has started decomposing. Branches which are dry and brittle prove that the tree has started to decay. Trim the weak branches to avoid accidents.

There are some diseases of trees that need tree to be cut as these diseases cannot be cured. Oak Tree Blister is a common disease with Oak Trees. Other diseases that lead to removal of the trees are Tubakia Leaf Spot, Bacterial Leaf Scorch, Armillaria Root Rot. To cut down any tree you have obtain permission. Be sure that you have the permission before you remove the tree.
