Rusty leaves on Black Eyed Susan

Question
I have had this plant for about 1 month. In the past week I have noticed almost all of the leaves have turned this orange color that looks like rust. When I touch them, they fall off in my fingers. What am I doing wrong, and how can I reverse the effects? Thanks in advance!!

Answer
Hi Erika,
Thanx for your question.  It sounds like your Black-Eyed Susan has a fungal infection.  Remove all of the affected leaves and spray with an anti-fungal you can find at your local nursery.  Follow the instructions on the package.  I hope this helps.
Tom
