Answer

Nepenthes sanguinea an
Hi Aaron,

It's hard to tell whether this is rot on the end of the leaf tip or not. (It's out of focus.)  Nepenthes sanguinea does have a brown hair that covers the tip of tendrils, however.

Here's some recommendations.  When you water, just water the moss.  Don't spray the plants.  Misting is one of those old myths that dies a hard death.  It actually does more harm than good.  It looks like you have these plants in some kind of enclosure.  If they are, make sure the top is partially open for ventilation.  If they are totally enclosed it is a recipe mold and fungus.

On a side note, if you are using a terrarium for your plants, it's not needed.  If you want a terrarium for carnivorous plants, just because you want a terrarium, that's fine.  It will work with Nepenthes.  For common varieties such as sanguinea and truncata, they will do great as ordinary houseplants also.  They just need a bright window.

Good Growing!
