Photinia

Question
I have finally identified the plant I'm interested in but can't find any nurseries that have them.  Can you give me any suggestions as to where I could purchase a "Serrulata Chinese Photinia"?  I've seen several in yards so I know there is such a thing!  Your help will be much appreciated..  thanks,
Sharon - Lubbock, Texas

Answer
it grows up to zone 7. should grow in your area. is spelled serratifolia. japanese varieties are smaller. keep trying different nursery/garden centers in your area till you find someone knowledgeable. try Parker seed or other catalog plant suppliers in garden magazines. type home & garden into your search engine.
good luck.
try hgb.com also.
