QUESTION: My plant has started to have droplets of water on the end of the leaves. What is this all about. It has never done this before.

Yes, it is poisonous. The other names for the dieff are "dumb cane" or "Mother-in-law tongue". The fluid, if swallowed, will temporarily cause the vocal cords to go numb. I would put the plant where the cat can not eat any part of it. If the cat swallows any part of the plant, it would be a more serious poison for it.
